Kristine Seest

I am educated in Communications from Roskilde University in Denmark and I have run the company since 2011. With my consultancy it is my goal to develop communication solutions that help people to create a positive difference for their company, themselves and others.

Previously I have worked as head of communications in Retail Institute Scandinavia, as consultant and head of digital in BRO Kommunikation and as communication manager in The Danish Chamber of Commerce and in The Danish Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries. I have been in charge of communications projects for various types of organisations – public organisations, membership organisations and private companies as well as for independent business people.

My role has developed with the challenges and changed between strategist, speaker, advisor, facilitator, concept developer, writer, content manager, editor and leader – a diversity I am fond of and use in my advisory and development of new solutions.

My standpoint

I believe it takes strong relations to achieve strong results. And before we can contribute mostly in our relations we need awareness about ourselves and our role, skills and visions.

Trust and involvement in leadership and organisation is for me the best way to motivate people to inspire and value each other – that goes both inside the organisation and in relation to external stakeholders.

I approach projects and processes with the mind set that people engages themselves in leaders and companies they believe in and care for – and in those who clearly communicate their meaning and purpose.
